"The idea of offering concierge services to homeowners in South Florida actually came to me a number of years ago. When my family vacationed at a summer home, we would spend the first two days putting the place together and making it livable again after our last visit and then the last two days closing it back up. For a two week vacation, we spent 28% of the time working! I always thought 'I wish I could just pay someone to do all this!'

It wasn't until I began working in the home building industry, that I realized the need for the Vacant Home Inspection service.
