Below is an example of the tasks that will be completed at every visit. These visits are conducted on a bi-weekly or monthly basis.

• Physical room-by-room inspection.
• Make sure all doors and windows are closed and locked.
• Flush toilets
• Run faucets and shower heads Remove all junk mail and debris on driveway, walkways, and porches.
• Check air conditioner/heating settings on thermostat and make sure all are in working order.
• Change air filter monthly  (filter is provided by homeowner)
• Make sure all gates and out-buildings are locked.
• Check lights on timers and replace burnt out bulbs as necessary.
• Water plants in season as needed
• Check to ensure automatic sprinkler systems are working.
• Place trash out for collection.
• Clean excessive debris/trash off driveway, walkways, porches and decks.
• Reset security system.
• Other duties as required by the client may be added to this basic list.

A copy of the inspection report and digital pictures of the interior and exterior of your home will be sent to you after each inspection.
